Meghan & Kyle | Wedding

She peeked nervously around the tall oak tree. She saw him, clad in a black suit and tie, beaming from ear to ear, coming down the hill.  She couldn't contain herself anymore.  They had hardly seen each other for two weeks, and suddenly, here they were, just a few feet away from starting the day they had been looking forward to.  Moments later she was in his arms, giggling, smiling and fighting back tears.  "We've made it!"  she cried.  "We are finally getting married Kyle!"

Meghan & Kyle had a wedding of stark contrast between Kyle's family's dairy farm and the wonderful elegance of their plans.  It was a fun line to play with.  We had a fantastic time traipsing thru the mud (it was especially rainy the week leading up to their wedding) and keeping these two pristinely clean while getting some great pictures.

Meghan & Kyle took a bit of a different spin on entertainment for their reception; dueling pianos.  This was actually something Hubby and I really wanted to do for our wedding - but we had no idea where to start.  Turns out there is a great company available for this, Piano Fondue.  And, they did a phenomenal job keeping the dance floor packed, fulfilling requests and adding a unique flair to this wedding.  Chalk this up to one more "if I could do it again, I would ________." moment. 

Meghan and Kyle - I am so honored to have been your photographer.  It has been a joy to get to know you both, and your families over the past year or so.  To see your plans change and develop and your excitement grow in the months leading up to your big day - but more than all of that, I am grateful to have been a witness to your coming together.  I know the future holds big things for you, I can't wait to see what they are!
